  • Conduct due diligence, including title searches and reviewing legal documents
  • Handle online filings and manage case details through online research platforms
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Advise clients on legal issues related to residential real estate matters
  • Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in residential real estate law
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission (ability to waive in)
  • Experience with online filing systems and research platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
  • Demonstrated dedication, self-discipline, and sense of responsibility

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications
