• Stay informed on the latest technological developments and legal trends in patent law

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent prosecution
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or related fields
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, computer science, or a related field

Certifications:

• Registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO)

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of patent prosecution and IP law
• Proficiency in patent drafting, filing, and prosecution procedures
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex technologies
