Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Illinois Bar or in the process of becoming admitted.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• JD (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Illinois Bar, or steps towards admission.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of tax law, particularly about M&A and finance.
