Duties:

• Represent clients in First Party Property (FPP) matters, handling litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in both federal and state courts.
• Provide clients with expert advice on legal matters related to property insurance claims.
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Work collaboratively with legal teams and support staff.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in First Party Property litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling cases in federal court preferred.
• Must be licensed and admitted to practice law in Florida.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar (required).

Skills:

• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication and courtroom presence.
