Family Law Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Job Overview: A growing family law firm based in Atlanta, GA is seeking a dedicated and passionate associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in family law litigation. Duties:

• Provide legal analysis, counsel, and representation in family law matters
• Meet and exceed monthly billable hour targets (140 hours/month)
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Represent clients in court and mediation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegal staff on case management
• Support and contribute to growing the firm's client base through excellent service

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in family law litigation
• Proven ability to advocate for clients in emotionally charged situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment

• Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
