• Provide detailed legal analysis and research to strengthen case arguments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Practical knowledge of construction defect cases, insurance defense, and first-party property litigation is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage cases, including court appearances and motion practice.
• Trial experience is highly advantageous.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
