Duties

  • Oversee the pre-litigation and litigation processes from initial filing to verdict.
  • Handle CPL cases while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct thorough case audits and maintain effective client communication.
  • Engage in liability determinations and settlement negotiations.
  • Review documents and prepare pre-litigation cases for legal proceedings.
  • Supervise litigation assistants, paralegals, and CPL case managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Member of the Florida Bar (other state bars a plus).
  • Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism with a focus on client service and representation.
  • Ability to evaluate the value of claims effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (additional state bars a plus).
