Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings.

• Work closely with experienced attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Provide legal counsel and maintain effective communication with clients.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Experience working in a team-oriented legal environment.
• Prior experience in medical malpractice defense is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon.
