Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions.
• Conducted due diligence and drafted and negotiated transaction documents.
• Advise clients on the legal and business implications of M&A and private equity activities.
• Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in the management of post-transaction integration and dispute resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and legal staff.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity within a major law firm.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
• High level of motivation and the ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Membership to the Massachusetts State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
