Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Previous experience in law, particularly in business law is preferred.
  • Familiarity with drafting various legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar where practicing.
