Duties:

• Handle all aspects of employment law, with a concentration on labor and employment litigation
• Provide expert advice to employers on employment law compliance and best practices
• Manage litigation processes, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and presenting motions
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Cultivate opportunities for business growth and development
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law and its practical applications
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a dynamic, client-focused environment

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in employment law, including litigation
• Experience advising employers on employment law matters
• Proficiency in litigation, including drafting legal documents and taking depositions
• Proven ability to manage and build client relationships
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Portable book of business is a plus
• An active member of the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bar, in good standing

Education:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Membership in the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bar required
