Projects Lawyer

Job Overview:

A law firm specializing in energy and infrastructure projects seeks a Projects Lawyer with 4-6 years of experience in project development, mergers, and acquisitions. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on regulatory compliance and permitting issues related to project development.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm environment, preferably focusing on energy, infrastructure, or project development.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex agreements related to energy projects.
• Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes within energy and infrastructure sectors.

Certifications (Optional):

• Certification in energy law or a related field (e.g., from the American Bar Association or something similar).
