Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of legal practice, with at least 4 years of substantive family law experience in a private law firm setting.
  • Bar Membership: Active membership in the State Bar of California is required.
  • Legal Expertise: Demonstrated ability to handle family law cases from start to finish, including court representation, mediation, drafting legal documents, and discovery.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a proven track record of success in court presentations.
  • Research Skills: Strong legal and investigative research capabilities to support case strategy and preparation.
  • Client Management: Prior experience managing client matters independently (with supervision) and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients.
