The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients receive the highest quality legal representation and achieving favorable outcomes in personal injury litigation.

Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury and property damage cases, with a focus on litigation and trial preparation.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide expert legal advice.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders regarding case status, demands, offers, and updates.
• Manage case files, including preparing for trial and ensuring all relevant evidence is gathered.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic support to clients while building trust and maintaining confidence.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as required.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in strategic discussions with opposing parties.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and best practices in personal injury litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of litigation experience with a focus on personal injury.
• First chair trial experience is required.
• Active member in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the Arizona State Bar (in good standing).
