Duties:

• Represent clients in state and federal legal proceedings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including research, drafting of pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Foster and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of litigation experience, with exposure to commercial and financial services, and/or general construction litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey state and federal courts (PA Bar license is a plus).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in New Jersey (PA Bar license is desirable).
