The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing advanced estate planning and administration services, working directly with senior attorneys on sophisticated estate tax minimization strategies. Duties:

• Assist in the implementation of estate planning and tax minimization strategies for clients
• Handle complex estate administration and fiduciary matters
• Advise clients on real estate transactions, including business entity formation (LLCs, corporations, and partnerships)
• Manage and coordinate a variety of estate planning documents and legal processes
• Work closely with other attorneys to develop strategic approaches for clients' wealth management
• Mentor and guide junior associates in the practice area
• Support the firm’s business development efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in estate planning and/or estate administration
• Expertise in sophisticated estate tax minimization and planning
• Strong background in business transactions, including real estate and entity formation
• Experience working directly with high-net-worth clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland (Virginia and/or DC Bar memberships are a plus)
