Probate Law Attorney

Quincy office of our client seeks a probate law attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have familiarity and experience with the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code, Massachusetts Uniform Trust Code, guardianships, and conservatorships, and have the ability to appear before the Probate Court in hearings.

The candidate should preferably have a strong work ethic with good communication and interpersonal skills.
