Litigation Partner

A law firm in Boston is seeking a Litigation Partner with 7-10 years of experience to handle complex cases involving construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability through trial. The ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials, be admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and preferably be admitted to multiple states or have a desire to gain admission in additional states.

Duties:

• Handle complex litigation cases from inception through trial
• Manage cases involving construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to legal team members
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide training as needed

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of litigation experience
• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts
• Admission to practice law in multiple states preferred or willingness to gain admission in additional states
• Strong academic credentials

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Massachusetts
• Admission to practice law in multiple states preferred

• Excellent litigation skills, including trial experience
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex cases and multitask effectively
