Key Duties

  • Provide expert advice on estate administration and probate matters.
  • Meet with clients to understand their estate planning goals and address their legal needs.
  • Handle client communication and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Work alongside staff and attorneys in various office locations across the valley.
  • Travel as needed to different office locations to meet client demands.
  • Assist with research and writing related to estate planning topics.

Position Requirements

  • Arizona Bar membership, or eligibility to be licensed to practice in Arizona.
  • Previous experience in estate planning is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel to various office locations for client meetings and case management.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Arizona Bar License or eligibility for licensure in Arizona.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona or pending bar admission.
