• Independently lead cases from intake through to resolution.
• Build and maintain a referral network and foster long-term client relationships.
• Provide top-tier client service with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.
• Demonstrate unwavering accuracy and attention to detail in legal work.

Requirements:

• Active membership with the Nebraska State Bar.
• Proficiency in Nebraska family law, estate planning, and probate standards.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and handle multiple matters effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
