Requirements:

  • Active membership with the Nebraska State Bar.
  • Proficiency in Nebraska family law, estate planning, and probate standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and handle multiple matters effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the Nebraska State Bar.
