Denver office of our client seeks a senior associate attorney with 6+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of developers, lenders, landlords, tenants, and equity investors in real estate acquisitions, development, finance, and management. The candidate must have experience with commercial leasing, reviewing and negotiation of purchase/sale contracts, title and due diligence, loan documents, etc. Active Colorado Bar admission is required. Should preferably have some portable business. Should expect to bill around 1300-1400 per year.
