Senior Corporate Lawyer

Menlo Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior corporate lawyer with 4+ years of "big law" experience to take charge of their practice and professional development. The candidate will join the start-up, emerging company and venture capital team. Must have corporate counseling experience working with start-up and young technology or life sciences companies. Must have experience handling venture capital and other private financing matters. M&A experience preferred. Experience with licensing, distribution and other commercial agreements preferred. Current California Bar membership in good standing required.

The candidate should have excellent professional judgment, communication, and organization skills. Must have affinity for providing client-oriented services. Should have stellar interpersonal skills that foster working relationships. Must have good academic credentials from a top tier law school.
