This position offers an opportunity to work in either the Birmingham or Tuscaloosa office, with a focus on managing the Tuscaloosa location and representing clients in bankruptcy cases. The role involves client consultations, court appearances, and handling both pre- and post-filing case tasks. Duties:

  • Manage the Tuscaloosa office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy cases, including consultations and court appearances.

  • Handle filing procedures and manage post-filing work related to bankruptcy cases.

  • Coordinate with the Birmingham office as needed.

  • Ensure clear and timely communication with clients regarding case updates and legal advice.

  • Maintain thorough and organized case files.

  • Collaborate with team members to support firm-wide operations.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Alabama.

  • Proven experience in bankruptcy law is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
