Job Overview

A law firm is seeking highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorneys for a range of core practice areas. The firm is looking for experienced candidates with a proven track record in Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation, Probate, Construction, Healthcare, and Land Use/Zoning. Duties

  • Lead and manage legal matters within the specific practice area(s)
  • Provide high-level legal counsel to clients in various sectors
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in complex litigation, transactions, or negotiations
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to further business opportunities
  • Stay updated on legal trends, regulations, and changes relevant to the practice area

Requirements

  • Proven experience and expertise in one or more of the following practice areas: Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Corporate, M&A, Real Estate, Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation, Probate, Construction, Healthcare, and Land Use/Zoning
  • Strong leadership and client management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client retention
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar or ability to become admitted to practice in Florida

Certifications

  • Florida Bar License (required)
  • Additional bar admissions in other states or federal courts (a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
