Civil Litigation Attorney

Seal Beach office of our client seeks civil litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense. The ideal candidate must have litigation experience including attending court hearings, arbitration, and mediations and in taking and defending depositions as well as in drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Trial experience is desired. California Bar membership is required.

The candidate should have strong writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
