Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience

A law firm located in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a Third-Year Associate Attorney to join their ERISA litigation group. The associate attorney will be responsible for handling ERISA litigation matters and should be licensed in California with State court litigation experience. The position requires a minimum yearly billing requirement of 1820 hours. Duties:

• Handle ERISA litigation matters and assist clients in legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and stakeholders to develop and implement case strategies.
• Attend court appearances and represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• State court litigation experience.
• Ability to meet a minimum yearly billing requirement of 1820 hours.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
