Duties

  • Manage a caseload of 25-35 domestic relations cases with limited supervision.
  • Handle prospect telephone calls and convert them to clients.
  • Participate in an internal mentorship program during the initial year of employment.
  • Work closely with legal assistants, a billing department, and front desk staff to manage case workload.
  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support issues.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining high standards of client service and legal practice.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Experience handling domestic relations cases is required.
  • Strong ability to manage a caseload and work independently.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Interest in long-term career growth and partnership advancement.
  • Ability to convert prospects into clients.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Ohio State Bar Admission (in good standing).
