  • Demonstrated ability to retain confidentiality of the attorney-client relationship.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Skills:

  • Experience in civil and complex litigation, focusing on construction defects, product liability, insurance coverage, and general liability.
  • Proficiency in legal software such as IManage, Outlook, Serengeti Tracker, and Time Matters.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
