Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase and merger and shareholder agreements.
  • Assist in due diligence investigations and preparation of due diligence reports.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on corporate matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex transactions and projects.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and securities laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
