Duties

• Analyze, research, and draft briefs for complex litigation matters, including motions to dismiss, summary judgments, class certifications, writs, and appeals.
• Argue motions in court and represent clients in various litigation stages.
• Take and defend depositions and oversee case management.
• Lead a team of junior associates and paralegals on litigation cases.
• Serve as the lead associate on complex commercial litigation matters, managing all aspects from strategy to resolution.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a background in federal and state court proceedings.
• Proven track record in arguing motions, taking depositions, and managing litigation cases.
• Experience overseeing and mentoring junior associates and legal staff.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar and in good standing.
