Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and strategy formulation.
• Draft and review legal documents such as motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding family law matters.
• Assist in trial preparation, organizing evidence, and formulating case strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and communication with clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
• Stay updated on changes in family law and other relevant legal areas.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal documentation and case strategies.
• 0-5 years of experience 
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in client relations and teamwork.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas Bar License (Required).
