Duties:

• Handle all stages of negotiating and settling pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Collaborate with intake, medical records, lien, and legal support teams to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain thorough organization of case files, focusing on detail-oriented tasks to support case settlements
• Engage with clients, insurance adjusters, and legal professionals through phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Conduct precise and effective negotiations with a focus on client advocacy and case resolution

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in personal injury case management, preferably pre-litigation
• Proven expertise in client negotiation and settlement processes for personal injury cases
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with clients, insurance companies, and legal teams

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

Skills:

• Proficient in legal database management and case management software
• High level of analytical ability to assess case value and optimize settlements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
