Duties:

  • Represent clients in T-Visa cases, with a focus on survivors of human trafficking
  • Advocate on behalf of vulnerable populations in immigration proceedings
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, and manage case filings
  • Travel as necessary to represent clients before USCIS and EOIR nationwide
  • Collaborate with a client-centric legal team to provide solutions and achieve positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Two years of immigration law experience (preferred)
  • Texas Bar license (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to advocating for human trafficking survivors

Education:

  • Associate’s degree or higher (preferred)

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas (preferred)

Skills:
