Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in plaintiff-side personal injury cases, with the ability to guide clients through complex legal processes and deliver successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide clients on personal injury claims, including slip & fall, construction accidents, and motor vehicle accidents.
• Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and execute end-to-end litigation.
• Prepare and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and strategy.
• Stay updated on personal injury laws, legal developments, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and achieve favorable outcomes.
