Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves managing a caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions and premises liability. Duties:

• File petitions and engage in the discovery process for personal injury cases.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Manage a dedicated support staff and oversee a docket of personal injury cases.
• Provide legal guidance and case updates to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare for and participate in negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling personal injury litigation.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team and provide leadership to support staff.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in civil litigation and personal injury law.
• Skilled in legal research, drafting, and trial preparation.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
