  • Maintain direct communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Adapt quickly to various software and legal applications for enhanced client service.
  • Stay composed under pressure and manage stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Deescalate challenging situations while ensuring strong and positive client relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience practicing immigration law.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload independently and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Comfortable with appearing in court and handling complex legal proceedings.
  • Strong client communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in New York.

Skills:

  • Expertise in immigration law, including deportation defense, asylum applications, and visa petitions.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency with legal software and applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
