Duties:

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Manage and oversee public finance transactions from inception through completion.
  • Develop relationships with clients, governmental entities, and financial institutions.
  • Guide risk management and legal implications of financial decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bond or issuer’s counsel in tax-exempt finance, tax credits, and municipal law.
  • Strong knowledge of public finance regulations and tax-exempt financing.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal transactions and provide strategic advice.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona or eligibility to become admitted.

Certifications:

  • Certification or specialization in public finance law or related areas is preferred.
