Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation, focusing on single-plaintiff cases.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Proven ability to handle court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in client counseling is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
• Member in good standing with the California Bar.
