Duties:

• Prepare written motions and discovery documents.
• Attend court hearings, including discovery conferences and oral arguments on motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Review and analyze case documents to develop defense strategies.
• Provide written reports to clients and insurance companies detailing case facts and analysis.
• Participate in trial preparation, including strategy discussions, client interviews, witness preparation, and preparing direct and cross-examination questions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine case strategies and support case development.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation defense, with a focus on premises liability, construction defect, and personal injury.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
