Duties

• Manage a caseload of 20-30 litigation files, along with transactional matters.
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney on complex cases.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and client consultations.

• Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys, when needed.
• Ensure timely updates and communication with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business, real estate, probate, or litigation.
• Proficiency in email communication and word processing applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a virtual setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and valid Bar license in Texas.

• Strong litigation experience.
• Familiarity with legal technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and digital file storage.
