• Conduct thorough legal research and develop comprehensive, well-written legal documents

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in construction transactions, specifically with design and construction contracts
• Familiarity with construction industry-standard forms (preferred but not required)
• Experience in real estate development, public procurement, and industrial projects (preferred)
• Strong academic record with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent legal research and writing capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admittance to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility for reciprocity)

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligibility to gain Ohio licensure through reciprocity
