Duties:

  • Manage and support a variety of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and legal research to support real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and resolve legal issues.
  • Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on real estate matters.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of legal opinions, closing documents, and other transaction-related materials.
  • Stay current with developments in real estate law and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
  • Excellent academic record from law school.
  • Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials are required.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
