Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm located in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience and a demonstrated enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law. The successful candidate will possess an excellent academic record from law school, superior legal writing and drafting skills, and the ability to handle complex real estate transactions effectively.

Duties:

• Manage and support a variety of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other related documents.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research to support real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and resolve legal issues.
• Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on real estate matters.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal opinions, closing documents, and other transaction-related materials.
• Stay current with developments in real estate law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
• Excellent academic record from law school.
• Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials are required.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
