Duties

• Evaluate client case files to identify viable resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with financial analysts and tax professionals to develop and execute case plans.
• Conduct case solution meetings with clients to explain proposed strategies and actions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress through various channels.
• Draft correspondence for complex cases, including communications with taxing authorities and clients.
• Monitor case files to ensure efficient and cost-effective resolution for clients.
• Analyze correspondence from taxing authorities to determine appropriate responses.
• Update case management systems, maintain deadlines, and track case progress.

Requirements

• Experience in tax law or related legal fields.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
