A law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, handling cases from inception through settlement. The role involves collaborating with other attorneys, conducting thorough investigations, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on pre-litigation matters, and demonstrate exceptional client service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
• Draft and file necessary legal documents for pre-litigation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide exceptional client service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
• Lead case management teams to ensure efficient representation of clients.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal precedents, statutes, and regulations.
• Prepare legal briefs and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Coordinate with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys as part of the case management team.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Good standing to practice law in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury cases.
• Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents and statutes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
