Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases from start to finish.
  • Handle litigation including motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of personal injury law experience (plaintiff or defense).
  • Litigation experience, including case preparation and courtroom representation.
  • Compassionate and client-focused approach to legal practice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of Arizona (or eligible to obtain).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in case management and litigation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and opposing counsel.
