A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Attorney with a strong background in various legal areas including Tribal law regulations, Securities law, Immigration law, Environmental law, and Workers compensation law. The ideal candidate will excel in legal research, drafting, and litigation, and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively represent and advise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters
• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters
• Maintain proficiency in Tribal law regulations, Securities law, Immigration law, Environmental law, and Workers compensation law
• Exhibit strong legal administrative skills
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience practicing law
• Proven experience in Tribal law regulations, Securities law, Immigration law, Environmental law, and Workers compensation law
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
