  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients seeking legal status in the U.S.

  • Draft legal documents and filings in immigration cases
  • Prioritize tasks, manage caseloads, and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and case progression

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law, specifically with VAWA cases
  • Fluency in both Spanish (native or fluent) and English
  • Licensed to work in the United States (must hold valid authorization to practice law)
