Family Law Attorney

Job Overview: A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their growing team. Location: Seattle, WA

Duties:

• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the role.
• Develop legal strategies based on clients' goals, case facts, and applicable laws to determine appropriate solutions.
• Conduct client meetings to offer guidance on legal matters, analyze options, and recommend the best course of action.
• Record billable time and track client outcomes for review and improvement.
• Represent clients effectively in the courtroom, showcasing confidence and competence.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure optimal case strategies and client outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Law, Guardianship, or Dependency law, preferably in King or Snohomish County.
• Proven experience as a practicing attorney with a strong understanding of legal research, case strategy, and court procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work with clients, staff, and senior attorneys.
• In good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
• Ability and desire to work in a hybrid or in-person schedule, including attending court and meetings in King and Snohomish County.
• Strong commitment to character, integrity, and a solid work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Washington State Bar License in good standing.
