Location:

Duties:

  • Negotiate resolutions for pending litigation cases
  • Handle motion practice, review, and draft pleadings and discovery documents
  • Execute legal documents and manage high-volume caseload
  • Attend hearings and trials in assigned regional areas
  • Maintain professional interactions with staff, opposing counsel, and courts

Requirements:

  • Active Texas Bar License, in good standing
  • Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience preferred
  • Strong ability to manage a high volume of cases independently
  • Collection experience is advantageous but not required (training available)

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general technology use
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of courtroom and civil procedures
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
