Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited ABA law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Arizona.
  • Proven experience with the litigation process from case filing to judgment enforcement.
  • Experience in creditor’s rights law is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must be located in Arizona and available to work in the office.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the State of Arizona.
